My journey through trauma and pain has shaped me into the person I am today—a woman dedicated to helping others overcome the deep wounds that sexual abuse can leave behind.

I know firsthand how abuse can shatter your sense of self and leave you feeling disconnected from who you truly are. The pain, confusion, and loss of identity are burdens no one should bear alone. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to support women like you—women who are ready to reclaim their lives, their voices, and their true selves.

Through my own healing journey, I discovered the power of embracing my authentic self, and now I guide others on that same path. My coaching approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of the challenges that come with overcoming trauma. I believe that every woman has the strength within her to heal, and my role is to help you unlock that strength, embrace your authenticity, and step into your true identity.
